good evening...
i'm certain most of you will recognize these two designs...these are my versions of vintage pieces...
actually, i made several of each in other colors and with slightly different details...
between the two of them there are about 15 hand-cut scrapbook paper window mullions...
pretty soon these two will have a new home somewhere in the middle of the eastern united states...
my very best regards...
howard...

VERY Nice. you know I have an app for those windows now.
Size? I'm guessing pretty small. 4"?

Wow those are nice.
Might you have a close up of the doorway on the orange house.
Both real pretty.

steve...
here is closeup of door...just a few parts...cardboard back with hole for door...two strips of 1/4" sq. balsa...two paper lollipop sticks...cardboard roof...it has two coats of white primer and a final coat of white paint before glitter and mica applied...the entry is a separate assembly...it was finished first and then glued to the front...
the vintage original door frame was a casting of some kind...perhaps plaster of paris...i had to figure out how to capture the look with the materials i have...
i also used the "rolled firecracker type paper fence post" that tom hull describes on ted's site...i used a lollipop stick in place of a toothpick for the center shaft...

paul...
don't know if your "mullion app" would work...none of the windows were a standard size..and i wouldn't want to impose my work on you...you've already done so very much for me...
my very best regards...

Awesome Howard! LOVE them both! That entry way is really cool. I can realistically imagine how long it took to do each mullion! The green is a very cool color.
