Yes, I drew the tree freehand and just cut it out with the good ol' exacto knife. Painted several layers of acrylics, put a piece of vintage cellophane in the back of the eyes and mouth. Lit it up with a $1 store light. The cementitious product was used as well, but-- I kinda modified it a little to make it more like a clay-like consistency this time around and I like it. The jack-0-lanterns were made out of it as well. The base is HEAVY! lol... The ground cover was ground up dead cherry tree leaves given to me by a model RR enthusiast. It worked out really nice I think.
Attached, is some other types of "vintage-inspired" Halloween items that I reproduced for an Etsy shop I am going to open this Fall. They are candy containers that were originally made in the 1920-30's. I think I might start a "blog" about my holiday crafting addictions! We'll see...
