Don't Steal Stuff

Recent events have caused me to expand the copyright notice that appears on every page of this forum.

For example, a quick scan of Etsy sites and other places will show dozens of products being sold based on plans "borrowed" directly from CardboardChristmas.com and our associated sites BigIndoorTrains.com and LittleGlitterHouses.com. A deeper scan would no doubt turn up hundreds. This isn't right.

All BUILDING PLANS on this site, BigIndoortrains.com, and LittleGlitterHouses.com are for your personal use only.

You may use MATERIALS and INSTRUCTIONS we have offered to make building houses easier, such as the downloadable door and window plans and coconut instructions to make products to sell. However, you may not resell or repost our materials or instructions.

If you have contributed any of the plans, instructions, or materials on this site, you have EVERY right to use your contributions elsewhere, whether for profit or not. However, if you feel that this policy is onerous, and you wish to recall any or all of your contributions, you may do so manually, or you may contact us using the Contact page, and we can delete all of your posts here in a single step for you.

Going forward, if we determine that any of our members is republishing content from our sites or selling products based on the plans we published without prior written permission, we reserve the option of removing the member and blocking him or her from access.

This may seem harsh, but it is for the protection of all the honest contributors who have made this site so useful and helped the putz house hobby explode in the last several years.
