Great houses Maria, I remember some of your houses from previous years, but dont think I saw the factory by Howard with the clock before. Its really cool!!! Love your set up!

maria...

saw your 2016 mantel via your blog earlier today...but only now had time to see it on the big screen...(smart phones are handy when away from home...but a big screen really makes a difference)...

i do see a few "familiar" houses

...but don't remember seeing the vintage trolley and the celluloid santa with sleigh...are they "new" to you?...

i was also wondering what your were going to do with the polar express train you set up last year...will it be headed for the north pole after making a stop under your living room tree?

i sure hope so...

and what about your huge nativity?...it's one of the best displays...hope to see it again, too...you always do variations on the setting so it's a little different each year...

Nativity is done; large family tree is decorated but the village and train still need to go out

Thank you all. No train this year--the track really needs to be permanently mounted and with my health situation, I don't have the energy---but it will still be a great display---just minus the train----oh well, there's next year for sure!
