New to the forum - Hello out there

If you would like to let the rest of us know a bit about you, especially if you have any special skills or knowledge that the rest of the group might be able to draw on, that would be good. Also, if you have a blog or other web resource that's related to what we do here. . .

New to the forum - Hello out there

Post by Christmasvillagegirl »

Hi. I too grew up with the little mica houses "Made in Japan" under the Christmas tree. My mother purchased them back in the 50's and they are a little sad looking in daylight but still magical under the tree. I saw another post that mentioned a Putz Repair class held this past July in Lancaster, PA. The 2020 conference will be held in Pittsburgh PA but the same class will not be offered. Does anyone know who the instructor was and how I can contact him? I want to repair my little houses for the next generation.

Linda,

We are so happy to have you here. This is the best place to learn about making and fixing little houses.
