"Dolly Church" with two windows and side tower...

Greetings to all…

Here’s another “dolly” inspired project…according to my count, this is number 14 in the series…We have a couple of more on the works…another church and a house with a balcony…Lynn keeps finding new versions and sending them to me…

Now…a few notes…

Print out the PDF at 100%…

There is a square cardboard roof in the top of the tower…but is not shown on the pattern sheet…not sure the original had one or not…

The tower slips through the square hole in the roof and over the side wall via the “finger joint” slits…suggestion…make the body, then the tower, slip the tower over the wall, glue and let dry…then add the roof…

The church windows were posted earlier in a PDF…they measure about 3/8” wide x 1 ¼” tall…

I’ll continue to use the extra fine colored glitter on all the rest of my versions of the dolly reproductions…the gold and red look so good together…

Finger joints - that's a new one to me for these houses, but I bet it makes them strong.

It's a great design. Thank you Howard and Lynn for finding and posting these treasures.

greetings to all...

finished...at last...(i had a few household duties and repair projects that took me away from this for a while)...also had to wait for the different colors of extra fine glitter that touch each other to dry thoroughly...

i'll be posting the start of another dolly house project later this week...stay tuned...

This is so nice and elegant. The gold glitter is amazing especially flanked by the green trees and the red tower.

Howard, your colors the gold and red suits this sweet little church. A wonderful job on one if my favorite dolly churches, i am so glad you made this one!
