This website features paper models of all varieties. Some odd - Mothra eating the Eiffel Tower - many amazing. They may not be putzes, but since most of the patterns are free, they might be good sources for proportions, etc for "our" type of structures. Just the craftsmanship to design these things is humbling.

Site is in Portuguese, but Google Translate does a pretty good job putting it into English.
