BLUE PRINTS for 7 Different Putz Houses

Hello Fellow Putz House Enthusiasts, I have completed 7 Blueprints for various putz houses that collectors have asked me put together for them. Each one contains enough information for a modeler to create their own structure. I have one more in the works but that's already a Kit (The Two Tower Candy Container). As you know I'm in the process of casting all the figures that grace the bases of these putz houses. I'm also buying a laser cutter for cutting out replacement fences, something I've been wanting to do forever. I've had enough blisters from trying to cut the crenelations for the fences. I've also had to teach myself Silk Screening so I can make new windows that Kathi and Papa Ted missed along with the late 1940s, 1950s and early 1960 windows and doors. With that in mind I am charging a price of $6.00 each or all 7 for $40.00 plus $2.50 postage. Each plan is on a sturdy 100# text gloss paper, 11" x 17". All money that I make goes right back into putzing. P.S. I'm heading in for knee replacement surgery on the 29th of June so I'll be laid-up for a week or two. So if I can get you anything please as soon as you can so I can get it to you right away.

Hey Mr. Pete, these all look great! As soon as I have 2 "Jacksons" to spend, I'm buyin' em. I'll be praying for your quick recovery from your knee replacement surgery sir. May you heal in record time... Hope to see the petit' 4 green/pink with tree on veranda house plans soon!
