Interesting house

I ran across this auction on Ebay.

Anyone seen or have a house like this?

wonder if it was a windmill?...blades could have been on the shaft...Howard...

Yes I had this one--in green and white--it was windmill; marked Japan--it stood about 7 or so inches tall; in my case, it it was a candy container; I sold it a long time ago--

Nothing special re: blades as I recall; in fact I didn't like anything about it at the time and it was kind of moldy
