Red Berries for the top of Trees on some buildings

Where do you get the materials and tools you use to build or restore putz houses, lufa trees, etc.?

Red Berries for the top of Trees on some buildings

I bought this tree at the Dollar General store for one Dollar. They had them for several years but don't know whether they are still stocking them. The berries are on floral wire and you just unwrap them from the branch ends and you get two to a wire!
