Hi, I do some very minor scattered Halloween decorating but more generally speaking--autumnal scenes instead--to carry me through the fall.
Here's the center shot of my living room autumn village for 2014; this is largely a lot of "rescues"--the log cabin is a former hamster house (!)--repurposed, glittered and sprayed brown--and window "glass" added--the duck and pheasant were vintage made in Japan pieces but cracked and peeling--I airbushed them--the feather turkeys are vintage MIJ, the little white lead chicken is an antique--the rest are dollar stores finds repainted or reglittered.

Thanks for sharing. P.S. Saw a broken Fisher Price Noah's Ark at a thrift shop the other day and thought of your project.
Re: NOT HALLOWEEN BUT AUTUMNAL VILLAGE
I still haven't found all the right animals for my ark--so it probably will make its debut not as a Christmas under the tree piece but at some other point next year. I am having fun though.
