ANTIQUE CAR BRADS

What kind of figures have been used with cardboard Christmas houses and villages, where do you get appropriate figures today, how do you make, prepair, repair or otherwise maintain figures?

Wow one of these is modeled after my car! My 1963 Imperial Crown! Sorry, I know it's not putz related but I was so surprised to see it as a tiny brad. I will need to get these to incorporate into one of my houses. Thanks Maria!

Love the car, Lee. Is the Texas silhouette on the grill stock? :-)

Thank you. Paul the Texas silhouette is a grille badge from Keels and Wheels. Keels and Wheels is a concours event that features antique and classic cars as well as antique and classic boats. It is an annual event at the Seabrook Yacht club to benefit Boys and Girls Harbor which is a children's charity. The Imperial will be making her third appearance there this year. Each year there is a different commemorative grille badge.

Sounds like a great event, and a clever idea to keep a memento that won't destroy your car's finish or something.
