The funny thing is, Howard, your versions are always more attractive than the originals. :-)

i know you will notice some "selective compression"...the garage is narrower...and the front to back proportion of my glitter house is not as deep as the actual home...but i believe it still captures the spirit of the home...

i'm working on making the carriage lamps...(pictures later)...there are 5 of them...made from a 1/8" square cube of bamboo with a cardboard cap...there is also a short length of steel wire glued into each lamp body with epoxy...the wires will inserted into a tiny holes in the walls at the proper mounting locations...and will be glued with epoxy as well...

no...not the master...never...just one of the many makers...again...no...not the master...never...

i just like sharing what i do with the putz community...we can all learn from each other...

there's a place in this hobby for all...historians, collectors, those who restore, makers and interested observers...

perhaps we'll be able to convert some of the "ceramic" collectors to think "cardboard"...where it all started...

my very best regards...

Maybe a question of semantics...one definition of master...a person eminently skilled in something, as an occupation, art, or science. Howard, there is no doubt of your eminent skills in the art of cardboard houses. How about: you are a master. And on the plus side you do share and help us all out with your wisdom. Just keep doing what you've already done...contribute to the wonderful world of cardboard houses!!! Thanks for your inspiration.
