Looking for Dolly Toy, Sneaky Santa photos

Post by paulrace »

I would like to make replacement doors and window for Dolly Toys available here as free downloads. Because they can be printed on paper, I believe they'd make a nice resource for people fixing up old Dollies OR building their own.

If you have one or more Dollies with paper windows, could you take good photos and precise measurements of each window and door?

Let me know if you're going to do that, and I'll send you instructions for e-mailing me the hi-rez version.

I wouldn't mind photos and measurements of any "sneaky Santa" windows you have, either.

Thanks all,

Paul

I will try to remember to do that. I assume you mean the red and green prints on (originally) white paper. Also will work on getting you a santa window.

Colleen, I know the fellow who drew those, and he's offered them to me offline. They're based on scan of a real prototype, so they may be the best example. We'll see. :-)

What the Dolly houses lacked, they more than made up for in their windows; here's some Dollys on display courtesy of Linda's aunt--see more of her outstanding work--at 97--here http://everythingcroton.blogspot.com/20 ... -from.html
