Clock tower graphics

I am toying with making a clock tower building.
Might someone have a clock face graphic I could print out.
I'm looking for something similar to the replacement one that you could get from Papa Ted's replacement set.

I am glad to finally be a part of this great blog.
Thank you Paul for facilitating that!
Putzin' Pete has all the graphic files now that made Ted's original "litho" doors and windows, and they include the clock face. I made mine the "tea-stained" background. For some reason that I never understood Ted wanted the background of the ones he sold to be white. So I made white ones too.
Pete may have to tweak the graphics in Photoshop because the colors were tuned to a long-gone printer at my office. So it may take a while, but contact Pete Oehmen.

Yep Glad to see you here Kathi. I have a partial answer for the aged look. You sent me one that was colored background but I discoved if you dip it in strong brewed coffee and iron it it really looks old. HOWEVER the red (ink jet printer ink) is fugitive with this treatment - fades badly and ages too much. Still not bad and better than the bright white clock faces. Tom

Could the faces be printed on yellow vellum or tracing paper? That might give it an aged look.

When I want an aged look, I just cover the image with a square of transparent yellow acetate or if it is small enough cheap yellow scotch tape.

Hey all, on the clock house I just did, the tea method worked great! I applied it with a q-tip. It did wrinkle at the time, but as soon as it dried it flattened out perfect without doing anything else to it. I used an earl grey tea packet. I think Paul is going to be posting the vector file on his resource page as a PDF in the near future, which means it will have clean lines instead of being pixelated like a jpeg or bitmap. I printed the graphic out on a cotton paper with a color laser printer for $1 at Staples. That way the ink wont bleed when you stain it like an inkjet version, since the laser printer bakes it on. I printed off a whole sheet and stained several at a time. Staple also carries a translucent vellum that has a plastic feel and it already a slightly off color, that works great, if you want more light to get through.
