Up and Down and up and down

We're on a new server now, and for some reason it took them four days to get it working.

We had to restore the database back to April 19, but since it went down on the 20th, we hopefully didn't lose TOO many comments.

Had TWO tech guys hang up on me; one of them kept me on the phone for an hour and a half, trying things I'd already tried and THEN hung up on me.

But I finally got through to someone who knew more than the most basic information on the site menus. He spent an hour and a half with me, and - three hours after we dropped the call so we could keep trying stuff, he actually got it working!!!!!!!
