I wonder what this is. The structure is in Hyde Park in London.
I love the proportions!

I think I would modify it to make it taller, just use the front middle facade and the two chimneys on the sides.
It definitely has putzabilities.

Re: 1867 FRENCH VILLA, PUBLIC DOMAIN, RENDERING, VERY PUTZAB
Good morning,
I was inspired by this and I am making a version of it.
Turns out, this is a four-plex that was featured at the 1851 Great Exhibition in London. It was located in Hyde Park and was a pet project of Prince Albert to demonstrate housing for middle and low income families. The units had three bedrooms, a living room, a scullery (kitchen) and indoor toilet. It was quite innovative at that time to have an indoor kitchen and toilet. The project was called The Prince Albert Cottage. I think only four were ever actually built. The original was moved to Kensington after the exhibition and is now used as an office for a charity.
The other is in Hertford.
I will post photos of the actual building as well as the model progress soon.
As usual I have to overthink it and make it more complicated that it needs to be.
This is the first pattern I have ever made in HO scale. Before I have used existing patterns so I am excited about the possibilities with this one.
Here is a very poor picture of the building that is located in Hertford.

Good morning,
Howard, I certainly hope you are feeling better. I have had my share of health issues as well these past few months. It makes it difficult to get started again.
I am now working on the middle section of this building. I have drawn out a pattern and cut it out. Soon I will be building out the inside of this middle section. That will fun.

Here are a couple of work in progress pictures. This center section is mostly finished except for the balcony railing. I did more research and found copies of the architectural plans and the stairway is more accurate on the model than the picture Maria posted.
