Door opening template for accurate cutting lines every time

Post by Howard »

It's a piece of cardboard with the door opening carefully measured and cut out with a hole punch, craft knife and straight edge...

Align the template it where the door should go on the house you are making...trace around the opening with a sharp pencil...then cut out the opening...

I've made several different ones for different size doors...but this is the one i use most of the time...it fits the PWD-3s that Ted has available...here's the link...

My very best regards to all...

This is wonderful. I was using thick cardboard to cut some tiny doors, and I kept tearing the upper part above the opening.
