Really and truly my last houses of this Halloween season

I have finished making the little cardboard houses for Halloween, though I am going to go to a Halloween party in a big box dressed as a spooky mansion, but that isn't done yet.
Here are the last 2 of this season, both promised to friends of mine. First is the Blue house. I made it using Paul's faded weathered barn siding. It printed up kind of blue on my printer so I decided to distress the paper even more with a "faded jeans" distress paint and some black streaks of paint. I did the rusted roof thing again.
Here's the link to the paper I used:

I am really looking forward to making Christmas houses (and having snow cover my mistakes and gluing errors).

Ok, here is the other house I just finished with the same pattern. I did 5 houses with this pattern which is kind of funny because I don't like making the porch. I do like how it looks though. This is for a friend of mine who has a dog named Josie. Online I found a small ceramic yellow lab that looks a lot like Josie so I included it on the house. I made a little cardboard witch hat for the dog. Not surprisingly, I call this Josie's house. Lucy

Lucy...
Hurray for Halloween...(or any season)...and the versatility of a basic pattern...you can use it over and over again...and with slight changes, you get a new look...
Hurray for mica flakes, glitter and snow-tex...I know all about " imperfections" that need covering...almost forgot to mention the ability of a sand finish and coconut to do the same thing...
Really like the "rundown" fence...and of course...the entire piece...roof looks amazing...

Lucy, I love the house with the dog. So adorable... I also really like the broken and spider web fence.
Is it wood or cardboard. If cardboard, was this a PNG or SVG file that maybe I can find somewhere?

Debbie,
The broken and spider web fence is a retired Martha Stewart on the edge punch called "Creepy fence". I think you can still find it online at times. It won't cut cardboard so I cut several layers of card stock and glue them together to make the fences. I don't have an electronic cutter yet. I am still debating about getting one.
The dog is from Hagan Renaker
http://www.little-shoppe.com. I think it cost $8. I bought 2 so I can make one for Christmas for her. I'm going to make a little Santa hat for the Josie (the dog) on the Christmas house.
Everyone, thank you for your kind comments. We raised over $1000 in our fundraiser by selling the houses. Now I really have to crank out some Christmas houses.

Brian,
I have a scrapbook window die that I've been punching out to make windows on the houses. Here is the link to it:

I will show you one more Halloween "house" I made. I decided that since I had spent half the year making halloween houses I would be a "Haunted House" for halloween. I generally make an outfit like this, walk into the halloween party and greet people then I take off the cardboard or paper mache outer shell. You can't stay in a costume like this for any length of time.
The bottom flap folds up so when I was finishing the painting I forgot to do that flap. I may finish just so the costume can be used as halloween decor sometime.
