Actually, I am going to continue to order my COCONUT from Pete….No need to reinvent the wheel……LOL!

I have enjoyed this conversation about the coconut process and Ted would be right there, fighting this as it can't be done exactly as it was. I'll agree, it probably is not the same, but dang Pete has reproduced a wonderful product.

Janet, Agreed. However you do it, it's a lot of work, and makes me respect Pete's product even more.

yea!...sounds like fun!...all except the physical labor part...

seriously...congratulations!...if possible...please take some closeup pix of the raw material and your results after you "chop and sift"...

here in a very damp, muggy, humid and uncomfortable warm north florida...just a small nor'easter would be nice!...
