MIJ house spotted in 40's train video

Good morning!
My putzing has been rather slow going, but in the last few weeks I have been playing with trains a bit.
My dad gave me his old Lionel Scout from when he was a boy about 7 years ago and I put it around my Christmas tree every year. Recently I did some printing for a fellow that refurbishes American Flyer. I told him about my Lionel, and he surprised me with 3 or 4 cool Lionel accessories. So I have been researching different layouts to figure a good way to set them up.
I found this video on youtube from the 40's and at :52 seconds a MIJ cardboard house pops up. Pretty cool video! I think I saw a composition house in there too.
