Cardboard Christmas

good evening...

this is one of the last major projects i'll do this year...here is a link to a vintage piece that is similar to the one i built...

i also worked from other pictures...all with different dormer, window and tree arrangements...

this one is about 5 1/2" tall...base measures about 4 1/2" x 7 1/2"...finish is sifted sawdust colored with craft paint...

never thought i would like green icicles...but i do now!...

i did a very quick, "un-scientific" count...looks like i built around 32 or so plus 2 reconstructions...a pretty busy year...

i still have 3 that are included in the "un-scientific" count but haven't posted yet...

they are christmas gifts and have not been presented...i'll share pictures later...
