2022 PROJECT 7 - NATIVITY IKON

I came across a picture of a very cute cardboard nativity on Ebay that I couldn't resist making.

Howard will be posting the pattern shortly.

My version is covered in Martha Stewart's silver and gold glitter. I used vintage gold finished miniture nativity pieces. These are easily found on Ebay and All Things Small also sell a set as well.

I love the mini nativity pieces and it was really nice to create a Manger for them.

The first picture is the original piece.

UPDATE...4/6/2022...

Here's my version of the nativity ikon...but...as usual...i see changes I wish I had made...

Star needs to go at peak plus put a small angel on the background in place of star like Lynn did...make tree slimmer and shorter...and cover with light blue glitter...or left the tree off completely...

They were given to me by a forum friend…we trade items and information many times a year…I believe the figures are “new old stock vintage “…probably found online…
