Greetings to all...
First up...our buffet..."Ten Cent City"...I believe I counted 28 houses...plus some flatties and a few pine cone Christmas trees...will be adding more flatties after we set up our tree...
Hope to post our Christmas tree with the Polar Express Train, houses and flatties later this week...

My train is out but as a feature piece this year again....I have been working on a permanent track mount for "years"......so I am pea green with envy----it's all so wonderful this year howrd. You and yours did an outstanding job.

Wonderful ceramic tree on the buffet table as well; you rarely see them "narrow" like that.

Howard.... a charming scene under the tree! Love the sugarplum colors, variety of houses and your peeps.
