How to print patterns?

I've been to your site several times but I still don't understand how to print out or buy the patterns. I'm not the most user friendly computer person there is so really simple instructions would be appreciated.

Let me know which patterns you're interested in and maybe I can e-mail them to you so you can have someone print them off locally,
