Looks great, Lynn. Looks like your old pinking shears are doing a fine job. :-)

Makes me want to have a year-round display! Great stuff!

Ed: Maybe one corner of your basement RR? Of course leaving them out year-round exposes them to much more dust than they'd encounter otherwise. . .

Paul - sorry - live in Vegas in a one-story ranch house. No basement, no attic! (and I'm glad or they would be full to the gills as well!) The Cave (aka garage) is as packed as one could get. Shelves are full, workbenches (TWO - plural) cluttered and a mid-size 3-rail train layout fill it up quite nicely. However, I've set a goal this year to divest myself of as many things as I can and perhaps in this way can carve out some room.

Sorry, I thought your Marx RR was in the basement. My bad.

No biggie Paul! The Plateau portion of my layout, the 'Marxville and Plateau (MaP) was actually designed for me to be be able to swap out themes and I have had several nifty displays up there the past couple of years. This year was a disappointment for me though. I had 2010s Wal-Mart cookie tins and 2011s Big Lot cookie tins which are essentially tin houses, but I couldn't find my Christmas train and other stuff!! Lord knows where that stuff is buried!!! Anywho, This year I hope to clear enough junk, umm I mean highly desirable collectibles, out of there so I have room for a nice putz display this coming December.
