a bases loaded, home run!...the dual tones you've used on the roofs, trees and bases are tops!...

what a way to add more color...hope you don't mind if i "get inspiration" (copy, that is ;) ) what you've done...

i still have four or five in the works...really glad i haven't finished mine... :D

Hi Steve thanks for the site info. I'm with Howard after seeing your's I would like to make them as well. I will be on the lookout for some figures.

My thought is these are not really vintage, just look like it.
I figure these Etsy and ebay sellers are buying in bulk and the repackaging them.

But for the price there's not much to argue. Plus you get a couple of figures not seen on the old houses.

That being said:
if you are looking for vintage made in Germany miniatures--many of which would be perfect for this project--go to Meyer Imports. They also have tons of German glass glitter available and currently have a pretty good sale--don't know how long the link will last http://bit.ly/1RGn2Jj

Funny seeing the price marked down to 39 cents.

The ones sold on ebay today go for a lot more than that.
