greetings to all...
this project is finished...all done up in three sort of pastel colors...the shutters are card stock painted the same blue as the balcony and roof...my usual craft store glitter with a touch of mica flakes...the window mullions are my usual hand cut card stock painted with metallic gold craft paint...red acetate window material like always...
