This was a party for my friends and co-workers - it was a gift to them in a way. I didn't charge anything for it. I'm going to use the leftover houses for gifts and then a few for next year's Halloween village. I don't really know a good price. Sometimes charging for things makes people take it a little more seriously in which case I would make it a token charge like $10. If you are planning on making a little money on it, you'd have to charge over $20, I think.
