This cutie popped up on my facebook ticker because of the drab gray Rambler sedan parked at the street. The house is small but has nice details that would work nicely on a putz house. And if anyone wants to get really inspired and recreate the scene, I can guide you to a 1/43 scale replica of the Rambler.

That is one neat house...Probably going to make it to my “to build” list...I’m thinking a sand finish...Thanks for posting.

Greetings to all...

Thanks to DCrowe for the inspiration photo...and here's my little glitter house "putz" version in raw cardboard right now...it's not an exact replica...some of the architectural details are slightly different...some missing...some squeezed and condensed...but it does capture the basic house...I'll probably do a sand finish...colors?...we'll see...stay tuned...I'll post a pattern my version and a pattern in a few weeks...

my very best regards to all...

Howard...

Finally finished...after several "rude interuptions" over the past several months...
Used my standard glitter finish, with a touch of mica flakes, applied with Mod Podge...

Hi Howard, I love this house. Great detail with the one sided corrugated cardboard. The windows with the 2 sizes is also a nice touch!
