hi and thanks for letting me join. thanks to lucy for introducing me to putz houses and pointing me toward this forum.

i'm a professional photographer - mostly retired now with covid limiting my freelance work.

when it looked like things were going to get weird in january and i was self quarantining, i started playing with mixed media - stuff i found in the desert. then i discovered sizzix, die cutting and making Village buildings.

i really love making houses! after making a few very elaborate pieces i am trying to simplify the product and make houses which look more like traditional putz houses. at least that is the plan.

thanks again for letting me join.

they're not very putzy. :-) but you've twisted my arm. there are 9 projects total. but i'll only post one project at a time with multiple photos if that is alright. just as soon as i figure out how to add pics. :-)

Welcome LaraH - Glad you found us! Would love to see the projects also...and no worries about the degree of ‘Putziness’ :) They will likely provide inspiration for someone in some way!
