I have been making houses and paper crafts, just not as many Halloween houses as I would like.

Here are two versions of my stone house with 3 gables for this year's Habitat house. They are not really decorated yet - meaning that I haven't glued down any trees or pumpkins. Still trying to decide what to do for that.

I'm not sure if my local Habitat wants to auction off one or two houses so I will let them choose. Right now I am thinking of making the plaster one more "Halloweeny" and adding snow to the Stone textured one so it kind of looks like the houses from Frozen or perhaps the rooftops at Hogsmeade at Universal Studios.

I did make a free pattern that is available on my blog if you are interested.

Both are great, and I especially like the plaster example. Thanks for sharing pics. You are in NC or SC, right? I am in GA an may seriously attempt to go to your Habitat to bid on one of your houses.

updated...7:30 pm...9-19-2020...

greetings to all...

I am in the process of building my glitter finish Christmas village version of this Halloween theme house using Lucy’s pattern...all I've done differently is adjust the size of the window openings and put it on a traditional base...i'll post pictures of the completed house in a week or two...stay tuned...

note...this is the third house I've built using Lucy's patterns...it's fun not to have to draw a pattern for a change!...
thanks, Lucy...I know how much work goes into creating patterns...

my very best regards...

Howard...

Thank you so much.

DCrowe, I am in Greenville SC. I think you can auction online. I will post the link when I have my house posted for the auction.

And thank you, Howard, for your confidence and for your wonderful version of my pattern. You always make them so look so beautiful.

Hi Lucy! I finally made it to S.C. and am in the process of having my home built. I love the Halloween houses you did this year. I can't wait to be able to start working on mine but it won't be happening anytime soon. Looking forward to getting settled in and, maybe, meeting up with you sometime in the near future. :) Helen R from Jennifer Maker's group.

Oh, Helen. So nice to see you here. Maybe you can be settled enough to make one or more of the Christmas houses.

I love the plaster one too. And the colors! It looks like aged copper.
Beautiful as always.

Your house is so beautiful. I am always honored when you make something from my patterns because they always look better when you make them. I didn't realize how the fencing frames the house. I need to make more fences on my houses.

I love how you have painted the Santas. They are both great.

Thank you for sharing this.

Lucy

Wow - all of these are terrific! It’s neat to see how each of you took the pattern to create such different works of art!

So well done!

John
