Hello everyone, During this Covid-19 pandemic I have been working on Howard's Ten Cent City houses using only supplies I have on hand. I built the gambrel roof house and while looking at it I thought it would make a cute barn as well so I built one. The calf in the barn is from a set of cows when I made an alien abduction lamp and the horse is vintage. Enjoy!

Lee, I love your take on this house, and I especially love the barn, complete with calf, lit up. So cute! Barb |

This is so neat, from the sparkle of the barn to the fun accessories. |

Thank you for your kind comments. I have finished Howard's Ten Cent City using only materials I had at home. I know Howard used sand but I didn't have any so I used glitter. I also downsized one of Howard's Dolly reproductions to fit on a 2x4 inch base.

Lee... You can't see it...but there is a huge smile on my old face!... ...ten cent city lives...again!...i really like the glitter covered versions...and all the other personal touches you added to the basic house patterns...fences, figurines, lamp post, different windows and doors plus several style trees...i also noted you scaled down a dolly house to the ten cent city size... apologies for not replying sooner...i thought when i retired i would have more control of my time...wrong... my very best regards... howard... |
