when i spotted this shot courtesy of the LOC, all I could think of was--wow--imagine this in color--and although there are no windows, wouldn't it make an interesting putz

What a great idea, and it should be easy with modern software. Print the same image on a big sheet, wrap a simple box building. Brilliant in simplicity!

two things come to mind...
first...we drove to alabama a few months ago...somewhere between here and there...georgia i think...we rode through a small town...there must have been four of five small sheds/shacks along the road...all in a group...one right after the other...all covered with vintage advertising...i couldn't even see any siding or openings...they sure were neat...
second...somewhere on one of paul's sites there is a link to dozens of vintage signs...all are free...just download and print...the trouble is i can't put my finger on the link right now...i'll look around later today and post...unless paul beats me to it!...
the sheds look like great model railroad structures to me...
my very best regards...howard...

OOOPS that page has some broken links. Shouldn't affect its content, though.
