castle project...

good morning...
i've made a few castles with this same look before...but not one quite this big...base measures 5" x 7 1/2" x 3/4" thick...castle is almost 8" tall including base...
it may look complicated...but it's really not...the body is just a box...there are two cardboard tubes...and two rolled cardboard cones...the trim is small flute single-face cardboard...the fence has the same cutouts as the top of the castle walls...
the only slightly tricky part is cutting the slits in the tower and the body walls where they join...it's called a finger joint...you can see the slits on the upper part of the body and lower part of the tower...the light hole in body at the corner and in the tower can also be seen...
there are still a few details to add...may change the look of the large cone roof...castle will probably get a textured finish of craft sand and bird cage gravel...colors?...not finalized...
my very best regards...howard
