Can't wait to see how you make the stair case.
Could be interesting.

good morning...

here are details on the parts for the stairs...a block of corrugated cardboard, narrow strip of single-face cardboard and a railing...i did put a paper reinforcement on the side that meets the house...note...i had to cut several railing pieces and block of corrugated to get the right fit...

Clever.

Is the top of the railing a 1/4" hole punch then extend it with a blade cut?

good afternoon...

base is complete and ready for primer and finish...the raffia fence sections are not glued in place yet...i'll do that after the painting, finishing, etc...base measures 4 1/4" x 6 3/4" x 3/4" thick...posts are about 3/8" x 3/8" square by 7/8" tall...

the base is layers of corrugated cardboard with alternating direction of flutes...cereal box cardboard edge bands...wrapped with copy paper...the back of the base is covered with one layer of cardboard which stick out about 1/8" past the base on all edges...

my very best regards...howard...
