Howard's glitter house version of vintage Lionel Villa 191

Greetings to all...
I've been kicking around building this for quite a while...I also distinctly remember that a forum member won a putz version of a similar house on an auction within the last few years...but i can't locate her post on the forum...perhaps she will have a photo of that one to post here...
Just a few notes about the build...my version will be smaller, condensed and squeezed down from the vintage Lionel piece and detailed like a traditional putz...I'm not quite sure of the exact colors i'll use just yet...but the final finish will be my old stand by...glitter with some small mica flakes...base measures 4 1/2" x 7 1/2" x 3/4" thick...overall height, including the base, is 5 1/2"... window mullions are cut by hand out of card stock...the'll be painted gold for sure...probably have a bottle brush tree on the left side by the sun porch...possibly two 1" tall trees on the left and right of the door...
Are you wondering why the dormer roof is not attached yet?...it will be glued in place during final assembly...it's easier to glue in the dormer window in the small opening and then glue on the roof than fish the window up thru the light hole in the ceiling and get it properly aligned...
Progress pictures and updates will follow...stay tuned...
My very best regards...
Howard...
