I started using color "sample boards" a few months ago--they are very helpful!

greetings to all...

the "little jewel" is finished and delivered...here's a pix...i did make one change...the chimney color was too dark and looked out of place...so i went with the color of the house body and trim color...

Thanks for the kind words...i have two more custom houses I will post as soon as the clients give me the OK...these houses can best be described as "post WWll tract homes"...

This is so beautiful! Howard may I ask what kind of glitter you use for your final effect? Do you put painters tape over the windows if you use spray adhesive?

That is a SUPER SPARKLY glitter house! LOVE IT! It looks like a larger sized house, if you don't mind me asking, what are the dimensions? Really GREAT job Howard, can't wait to see the others!
