Steve! Your high school building is amazing! It looks so authentically vintage, just in impossibly clean condition for vintage. Thanks for sharing pics of your project. I look forward to your next masterpiece.

A perfect production in every way.
The stucco can be challenging and you have it down pat.

Just to follow up.
The spackling compound I used is pictured below:

Funny I can not find it on their website, but if I walk into the store it's right on the shelf.
So I start with that.
Add some floral sand to get it to the right texture you need.
It's easier if you use a vintage house as a reference.
Then the color you want it to be.
It will lighten as it dries.
I did add some water. Mind you I had a dropper bottle.
you don't need much. If too wet it with warp your cardboard.
But you want it wet enough so it flows.
I then sprinkle some 90 grit german glass glitter to give it the vintage black spots.
Then sprinkle finely ground mica over the top.
Let dry.
I experimented a bit to make it work.
